Act in the best interest of, and fulfill their obligation to the organization and its constituents-members.

Conduct themselves in a professional, courteous, considerate, civil, positive and respectful manner.
Act in good faith, responsibly, with due care, competence, and diligence, without allowing their independent judgement to be subordinated.
Act in a manner that will enhance and maintain the reputation of the organization.
Be a positive role model. Act with integrity at all times.
Help to create a safe and inclusive environment both on and off court.
Keep clear boundaries between professional and personal life, including social media.
Refrain from making physical contact with children or adults unless it is necessary as part of an emergency or congratulatory (e.g. handshake/high five).
